TL;DR

Senior Professional Services Consultant (CX/AI): Delivering and implementing hirify.global Cloud solutions to customers with an accent on designing, reviewing, and validating technical implementations of personalized Customer Experience (CX) and Conversational AI technologies. Focus on collaborating with customers, leading complex projects, and providing hands-on technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Location: Based in Seoul, South Korea. Frequent international travel across the APAC region and globally may be required.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams on CX solution delivery.
  • Lead complex projects and make informed technical decisions.
  • Assess customer CX maturity and identify transformation opportunities using AI and Experience-as-a-Service.
  • Design, review, and validate technical implementations of CX solutions, including documentation.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance, configuration, development, and migration support for hirify.global Cloud products.
  • Support SIT, UAT, and Go-live phases, including defect resolution.

Requirements

  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of complex projects.
  • Experience in in-depth assessments of CX maturity.
  • Expertise in designing, reviewing, and validating technical implementations.
  • Proficiency in hirify.global product suite (Configuration, Development, Migration).
  • Experience with cloud computing, physical/virtualized hardware, operating systems, enterprise IT telephony, or networks.
