TL;DR

Web Content Manager (Content/CMS): Managing and updating partner-facing website content with an accent on quality assurance, cross-functional collaboration, and content production scalability. Focus on utilizing AEM, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing workflows to support site growth and performance.

Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas (Hybrid model)

Salary: $92,500 – $129,500

What you will do

  • Execute regular website content updates using the content management system.
  • Author, publish, and QA web page layouts and components to ensure functional integrity.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and collaborate with developers on bug fixes and new features.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes and automations for content production.
  • Coordinate content workflows across design, writing, and engineering teams.
  • Maintain internal documentation on content best practices and site capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in web content management.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of web standards, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with GA 4 (Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
