What you will do

  • Own and execute the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Serve as the expert in Identity Security, influencing strategy and deal execution across enterprise opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate multi-seller plays, ensuring cohesive positioning and joint account planning.
  • Partner with product, SE, and technical specialists to shape and deliver customer strategies.
  • Identify prospective clients and drive new business through upsell and cross-sell motions in existing enterprise accounts.
  • Establish trusted relationships with C-level to operational-level customers and prospects, understanding their unique business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Engineering related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in quota carrying enterprise sales capacity within Korea, with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, including identity security, PAM, IAM, and Zero Trust.
  • Proven track record in pipeline creation and closing large deals with chaebols, telecom, and large-scale SI-led projects.
  • Strong customer centricity and success-oriented sales mentality.
  • Experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
