What you will do
- Provide high-level support for multiple hirify.global Trading and Connectivity Services products.
- Handle internal and external customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Conduct diagnostic tests to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Prioritize and escalate critical issues while ensuring quality service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Offer technical feedback to R&D for product improvement.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
- Proficiency in JAVA is a must.
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
- Familiarity with financial trading support and a general understanding of the financial industry.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
