Manager, Order Management Assurance

TL;DR

Manager, Order Management Assurance: Ensuring accuracy and integrity of the end-to-end order management lifecycle across systems and geographies with an accent on complex operational data analysis, control effectiveness, and process improvement. Focus on owning complex reconciliations across multiple systems, driving audit readiness, and influencing OM policies.

Location: Hybrid, based in Manila (Philippines). Must be able to work core business hours aligned with the North American Eastern Time Zone.

What you will do

• Perform advanced analysis of complex operational data to identify risks, control gaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Deliver actionable, data-driven insights that influence decision-making across Order Management (OM).
• Lead or oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system enhancements.
• Own complex reconciliations across Salesforce, Zuora, Workday, and related systems.
• Develop and manage monitoring dashboards and control reports.
• Play a lead role in audit readiness and internal controls, supporting critical month-end/quarter-end close activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in operational assurance, audit, finance, or order management.
• Strong background in internal controls and risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree required, with Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
• Deep understanding of the order to cash lifecycle (quote → order → billing → revenue → renewals).
• Ability to work core business hours aligned with the North American Eastern Time Zone.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Zuora, and/or Workday.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments.
• Experience with AI/automation tools.
