What you will do

• Administer and maintain Salesforce platform including user roles, profiles, and security configuration.
• Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and declarative components.
• Design and optimize Flows and automations to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Build and refine reports and dashboards for leadership insights.
• Perform data quality checks and maintain governance on data integrity and duplicates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Serbia
• 3+ years of experience as Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, Flow, Reports, Dashboards, and admin tools.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Understanding of Salesforce data and security models.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) preferred.
• Additional certifications like Advanced Admin, App Builder.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, Data Loader, Workbench.
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise-scale CRM environments.
