What you will do

• Analyse business performance across financial, operational, and commercial areas.
• Maintain and update reporting, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead business improvement projects, defining objectives and generating insights from datasets.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure the impact of business changes.
• Review and enhance commercial models, including pricing, packaging, and product standardisation.
• Lead competitor and market research on software commercial models.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in commercial or financial analysis.
• Skilled in navigating complex data environments and leading multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Knowledge of software licensing models (subscription, perpetual, consumption).
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
