What you will do

• Build and extend Backstage plugins, frontend components, and backend services.
• Contribute to the Software Catalog to improve visibility and consistency.
• Implement and maintain platform integrations with internal tools and cloud services.
• Develop self-service workflows and APIs to replace manual operational processes.
• Collaborate with platform, DevOps, and security teams to ensure solutions meet internal standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Solid experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
• Familiarity with containerized environments and cloud-native development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Backstage.io or other internal developer platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform).
• Familiarity with Azure and New Relic.
