What you will do
- Own and manage the end-to-end renewal process ensuring timely contract extensions.
- Identify and drive subscription conversion opportunities, especially around hirify.global Observability offerings.
- Use consultative sales to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Generate renewal quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals before expiration.
- Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver product demos addressing technical and business needs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and customer data in Salesforce and collaborate cross-functionally.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas, United States
- Proven passion for sales and customer success with strong communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and NetSuite.
- Previous experience in subscription sales, renewals, or customer success.
