What you will do
- Drive revenue retention and conversions through detailed funnel management and scalable customer renewal engine.
- Work closely with channel partners to ensure customer access to renewal and conversion quotes.
- Guide existing customers through the conversion renewal sales cycle, from initial contact to closing complex transactions.
- Resolve customer issues, communicate the value proposition, and suggest suitable growth solutions.
- Follow up on customer software renewal quotes and manage customer and pipeline records within Salesforce.
- Partner with account managers, sales engineers, and customer success teams to deliver consultative renewal conversations.
Requirements
- Passion for sales and a results-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to create a great customer experience with excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with forecasting and pipeline management skills.
- Experienced in the software industry with knowledge of licensing models.
- Proven success in working with channel partners to drive retention and growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, multi-tasking and tracking multiple issues.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with CRM – NetSuite and/or Salesforce.
- Experience in EMEA market.
