What you will do

  • Drive revenue retention and conversions through detailed funnel management and timely agreement execution.
  • Work closely with channel partners to ensure customers access and complete renewal/conversion orders.
  • Guide existing customers through the conversion renewal sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
  • Resolve customer issues that may prevent them from maintaining a relationship with hirify.global.
  • Present product roadmaps and cost information to customers.
  • Understand customer requirements, effectively communicate hirify.global' value proposition, and negotiate pricing.

Requirements

  • Passion for sales and a results-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience.
  • Skilled at forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Experienced in the software industry with knowledge of different licensing models, including on-premises, subscription, and SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in working with channel partners to drive retention and growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with high call and email volume.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with CRM, specifically NetSuite and/or Salesforce.
  • Experience in the EMEA market.
