hirify.global is seeking a Business Analyst for their client, a globally recognized jewelry manufacturer.

What you will do

• Provide Data & Analytics expertise on business processes and innovations from functional and technical perspectives.
• Support the Product Manager in developing and maintaining the product backlog and required business capabilities.
• Create user stories with relevant acceptance criteria, scenarios, and estimate business value and technical requirements.
• Prepare user acceptance test cases, training/user manuals, and provide post go-live support.
• Engage with all Data & Analytics stakeholders and prepare Business Analysis artifacts.
• Contribute to gap analysis, functional analysis, and business process modeling concerning data & analytics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Data & Analytics, applying agile principles and a product-thinking mindset.
• Experience supporting unified commerce initiatives and working with data across global retail and store operations.
• Proficiency in requirements analysis and solution design for data and analytics products, including backlog refinement and value estimation.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and influence stakeholders.
