What you will do

• Work as an xP&A expert with clients on operational and financial planning and analytics using hirify.global's platform.
• Manage and support multiple customer projects and existing clients.
• Drive and co-create development of specialist topics within the platform.
• Communicate regularly with customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate in an international, passionate team environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate planning, advisory, controlling, or management consulting.
• Strong financial modelling skills with experience building sophisticated 3-statement planning models.
• Experience with Power BI, Visio, Tableau, or similar tools; SQL is a plus.
• Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or other EPM/CPM/planning tools.
• Comfortable working with senior executives including CFOs and VPs.
• Experience using AI tools to automate tasks.
