Location: Hybrid work flexibility, with work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Remote work abroad for up to two weeks per year.

What you will do

• Design and animate content for social channels across multiple formats.
• Translate concepts into art direction, templates, styles, and motion graphics.
• Develop animations, transitions, layouts, and visual systems.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Content Creators, and Editors.
• Adapt assets for multiple platforms and markets.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in motion design or digital design.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• High proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Detail-oriented, fast, and passionate about social design.
