What you will do

• Solve complex firmware and hardware server issues, leveraging deep knowledge of system architecture.
• Lead hardware problem management and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for team members.
• Collaborate with R&D to enhance hardware designs.
• Create new processes and documentation for the IT hardware team.
• Travel to datacenters for large-scale hardware projects and collaborative events.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of datacenters, server, and network equipment.
• Extensive experience with IT hardware troubleshooting.
• Advanced skills in Unix operating system and command line.
• Advanced network troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis, and presentation.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English (C1+).
