What you will do
- Create, maintain, and evolve the People Systems roadmap.
- Closely align with our HRIS vendor, HiBob.
- Translate People Systems pain points and stakeholder feedback into well-defined enhancement requests and improvement initiatives for HiBob and other systems.
- Partner with HR leadership and key stakeholder groups through a regular business review cadence to understand pain points, share updates, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, self-service, and efficiency improvements across People Systems.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven support solutions to act as optional tier-0 support by leveraging existing end-user documentation.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Systems, or related roles.
- Technical understanding is a must (minimum level of understanding how APIs and Webhooks function).
- Proven experience owning or contributing to People Systems or HRIS roadmaps.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking ownership in a fast-growing, global environment.
