What you will do

  • Create, maintain, and evolve the People Systems roadmap.
  • Closely align with our HRIS vendor, HiBob.
  • Translate People Systems pain points and stakeholder feedback into well-defined enhancement requests and improvement initiatives for HiBob and other systems.
  • Partner with HR leadership and key stakeholder groups through a regular business review cadence to understand pain points, share updates, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, self-service, and efficiency improvements across People Systems.
  • Support the implementation of AI-driven support solutions to act as optional tier-0 support by leveraging existing end-user documentation.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Systems, or related roles.
  • Technical understanding is a must (minimum level of understanding how APIs and Webhooks function).
  • Proven experience owning or contributing to People Systems or HRIS roadmaps.
  • Strong hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking ownership in a fast-growing, global environment.
