TL;DR

Lifesciences Solutions Partner (AI/Cloud): Accelerating go-to-market and client engagement for cloud and AI solutions within the life sciences ecosystem with an accent on consultative selling, industry expertise, and commercial execution. Focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, and applying AI/ML, HPC, and data platforms in drug discovery and clinical operations.

Location: You’re welcome to work in our office in Amsterdam or remotely from Europe.

What you will do

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of hirify.global and its value to customers.
  • Own and grow your territory, helping Account Executives qualify and prioritize opportunities through an HCLS and compliance lens.
  • Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders, positioning AI/cloud solutions to address client-specific challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML, HPC, and data platforms in drug discovery and clinical operations.
  • Partner with Account Executives to shape account strategy and proposal content for deals.
  • Represent hirify.global AI at regional and industry events and customer meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience: 8+ years in B2B sales, particularly in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure, with a clear hunter track record.
  • Passion and desire to work in a startup culture.
  • Comfortable selling cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI solutions, and related technologies.
  • Strong commercial acumen: value mapping, negotiation, multi-year deals, and exec-level storytelling.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Nice to have

  • 5–10 years in pharma, biotech, or life sciences, ideally in consulting, GTM, product, or pre-sales roles.
  • Deep understanding of drug discovery and development processes, scientific data workflows, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex scientific and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth, start-up environment ideally selling cloud, AI/ML or HPC solutions.
