Location: This role can be based out of our Toronto office or remotely in North America.

Salary: $173,000–$240,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

• Build a vision for best-in-class data security and privacy-preserving features like Queryable Encryption and Atlas Security.
• Deeply understand business aspects to align with broader product, customer, and company goals.
• Deepen understanding of evolving threats and propose new innovations in data security.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, research, marketing, sales, security) to enhance customer trust.
• Define and implement KPIs and success metrics for security initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management or equivalent experience in enterprise security or platforms.
• Experience working with security-focused engineers in a diverse team.
• Hands-on experience with some of these: AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault, GCP KMS, KMIP.
• Domain expertise in data security, data privacy, and encryption.
• Proven ability to define and deliver successful product strategies and roadmaps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Certifications or similar evidence of professional milestone completion and continuous training.
• Community support and participation to advance data and cloud security such as conference or meetup panels and blog or paper authorship.
• MBA, M.Sc. or Ph.D. in relevant domains.
