What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and direction for developing cutting-edge technologies related to AI applications.
• Direct architecture and implement core parts of a new platform to make it easier for customers to build AI applications using hirify.global.
• Design, build and deliver well-tested core pieces of the platform in collaboration with other vested parties.
• Contribute to shaping architecture, code reviews, and development practices as teams and product grow.
• Mentor fellow engineers and assume ownership and accountability of projects.

Requirements

• Based in Gurugram, India for a hybrid working model.
• Strong background in building core components for high-scale compute and data distributed systems.
• 8+ years of experience building distributed systems and/or foundational cloud services at scale.
• Interest in working with Python, Go, and Java.
• Proven success in designing, writing, testing, debugging, and performance tuning distributed and/or highly concurrent software systems in large, long-lived code bases.
• Track record of identifying problems, implementing solutions, and delivering complex projects in distributed systems or databases.
• Experience leading 15-20 people projects involving distributed systems infrastructure from conception to successful delivery.
• English: B2 required (Good verbal and written technical communication skills).

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Experience with AI frameworks and tools.
