What you will do

• Lead IT strategic planning, defining OKRs and quarterly business reviews.
• Drive executive decision-making with insights and recommendations.
• Orchestrate cross-functional strategic programs, managing ownership and risks.
• Evolve the IT operating model by deploying product-centric standards.
• Champion operational excellence and standardize IT ways of working.

Requirements

• 8–10 years in technology strategy, PMO leadership, or chief-of-staff roles.
• Experience partnering with senior executives.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational leadership skills.
• Familiarity with product-centric delivery, agile, and enterprise planning tooling.
• Must be based in Gurugram for a hybrid working model.
