Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Partner with Partner Development Managers to develop comprehensive enablement plans for business partners.
  • Assist and enable partners in delivering hirify.global product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Enable partners to design, implement, and manage successful hirify.global solutions.
  • Provide customer implementation and support during proof-of-value and evaluation stages.
  • Perform ongoing technical analysis and enablement for partners to ensure they stay updated on the hirify.global platform.
  • Assist partner sales teams with product information, opportunity management, and customer calls.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably within the technology industry and aligned to partners and channels.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud computing, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
  • Experience in delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
  • Implementation of MEDDPICC process best practices.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
