TL;DR

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 USD OTE per year

What you will do

  • Identify technical requirements and match them to hirify.global’s solutions, accelerating sales by demonstrating market differentiators.
  • Demonstrate hirify.global’s capabilities to partners and customers on site, remotely, and at field events.
  • Partner with regional sales managers to plan and execute strategic deals.
  • Develop financial business cases (ROI) associated with each sales opportunity.
  • Effectively communicate customer needs to the engineering (R&D) teams for future product enhancements.
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud computing, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and related technologies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in languages beyond English (German, French, Spanish in particular).
