Salary: $126,000–$248,000 USD

What you will do

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and support of projects improving Atlas Search scalability.
• Work with a collaborative team that prioritizes sound technical decision-making.
• Lead projects and own subsystems within the team.
• Help determine the team’s roadmap and system architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and maintaining industrial-strength backend software.
• Experience developing distributed systems and cloud services.
• Experience with at least one modern statically typed programming language, with a strong preference for Java.
• Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership over work, from initial design through production maintenance.
