What you will do

• Collaborate on the implementation and renewal of critical certifications, specifically ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2.
• Assist in monitoring and implementing measures related to global data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and new regulations (Data Act, EU AI Act).
• Support Sales by answering complex security questionnaires and compliance inquiries from potential enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with external lawyers to interpret advice and translate it into clear, actionable logic for product, engineering, and sales teams.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal compliance questions, helping colleagues understand their responsibilities.
• Assist in preparing for yearly audits, updating internal policies, and organizing compliance training sessions.

Requirements

• Background: Student or recent graduate, ideally with a background in Law, or in Business/IT with an interest in legal-related topics.
• Analytical thinker capable of reading complex texts and extracting practical meaning.
• Detail-oriented, understanding the importance of specifics in compliance.
• English: Excellent communication skills to explain complex rules in simple terms.
• Genuine interest in technology, SaaS, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Work Format: Ability to work at least 20 hours/week, with 2 days in-office in Bratislava.
