What you will do

• Support product teams by identifying insights and optimization needs, fixing misses in metrics and reporting, and enabling data-driven adjustments to roadmaps and launches.
• Collect, transform, and analyze product data from multiple sources to inform product and business decisions.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements that enhance efficiency, transparency, and alignment.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that make insights accessible and actionable for stakeholders.
• Work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and business partners to support execution, surface risks, and keep plans on track.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in product-related operations or analytics roles.
• Experience in product operations, product management, operations, or program management.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
• Experience supporting product management in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Understanding of the product lifecycle and how data supports each stage.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and data visualizations.
