What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents for consumer and small business customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Business departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Develop documentation and technical articles for products.
- Maintain deep product and operational knowledge to support customer requests.
Requirements
- Must be based in Bulgaria.
- 2+ years experience in advanced Tier 2 technical support.
- Fluent English and German (written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac troubleshooting tools and networking diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple time-sensitive issues.
