What you will do

• Design high-quality presentations, templates, and layouts in PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, and InDesign.
• Develop and refine custom graphics, including icons, infographics, and illustrations, using professional and AI-assisted tools.
• Develop and maintain multi-page documents such as brand guidelines, brochures, and annual reports.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s template library, ensuring alignment with brand standards and rolling out improvements globally.
• Concept and design event branding across global locations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure production accuracy and brand alignment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional design experience in branding, layout, and visual communication.
• Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, multipage documents, visuals, and branding.
• Proficiency in Presentation tools: PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience building scalable, brand-compliant templates and layout systems.
• Ability to develop custom graphics using both traditional design tools and AI/stock resources.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• English proficiency (Intermediate or higher).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with 3D rendering tools (Cinema 4D) or motion design.
