What you will do

• Convert client business cases and technical requirements into elegant technical designs.
• Define guidelines and benchmarks for Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) during project implementation.
• Design and develop the overall solution, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
• Review architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, security, and best practices.
• Perform Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate design and technology choices.
• Resolve complex technical issues through systematic root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Total experience: 13+ Years in machine learning, NLP, machine vision, and AI.
• Strong experience in AI/ML solution design, including translating business cases into AI approaches (LLM vs classical ML) and defining architecture.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Dotnet, JAVA, with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, scalable inference, GPUs, and data security/privacy.
• Experience in large-scale system design, API-first design, frontend & backend programming, and database experience (SQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Understanding of MLOps and practical experience with technologies like MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with LLMs, Generative AI frameworks (GANs, VAEs), prompt engineering, and RAG.
