TL;DR

Account Executive, Commercial, ANZ (Sales): Expanding sales within Australia and New Zealand by selling the hirify.global platform experience with an accent on customer adoption strategies and business validation cases. Focus on building relationships with key stakeholders and managing territory sales campaigns to exceed assigned targets.

Location: Remote in Australia. Preference for candidates located in Sydney or Melbourne. Must hold Permanent Residency or Citizenship to live and work in Australia.

What you will do

  • Learn and understand prospects’ and customers’ Apple platform adoption, growth strategies, and business plans.
  • Prescribe near-term and long-term solutions with the hirify.global platform experience to meet customers’ goals.
  • Structure sales agreements with clients and channel partners.
  • Develop expertise and meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at customer accounts, including bridging relationships to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Increase hirify.global mindshare and establish a strategic position within assigned accounts.
  • Create and manage business, sales, and territory account plans to achieve and exceed assigned targets.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of selling experience in a related software industry with demonstrated quota achievement.
  • Experience selling in both direct and indirect (channel) sales models.
  • Experience with customer-centric and solution-selling sales methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with business and IT contacts at all levels within a variety of organisations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • This role requires travel of up to 50% across Australia and New Zealand, with occasional international travel as required.
