• Develop, manage, and scale the global "hirify.global for Students" program, defining eligibility criteria and benefit packages.
• Drive student sign-ups and platform usage through digital outreach, campus ambassadors, and university partnerships.
• Collaborate with education leaders to provide tailored learning materials and hands-on projects.
• Plan and execute student-focused virtual and in-person events and hackathons.
• Define and monitor key program metrics, using data to optimize program success.
• Cultivate a vibrant and supportive student developer community around the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, community management, or marketing, specifically targeting student or academic audiences in the technology sector.
• Proven ability to launch and scale global programs with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of the education technology landscape and the needs of student developers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
