What you will do

• Work with top-tier engineers in a trust-based, autonomous environment.
• Drive asynchronous decisions with thoughtful documentation.
• Build new features from UX to database, focusing on rapid shipping and learning.
• Architect scalable front-end solutions for efficient launch of new portals.
• Collaborate with PMs and business partners to define and refine the roadmap.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in React with modern compiler-driven patterns.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, with experience in enterprise-scale applications.
• Advanced CSS knowledge (Tailwind, SCSS, CSS-in-JS, animations).
• Familiarity with contemporary frontend tooling (e.g., React Query/TanStack, Tailwind, Vite).
• Solid frontend architecture fundamentals: performance, accessibility, responsive design, testing.
• Experience optimizing frontend performance (lazy loading, code-splitting, caching).

Nice to have

• Full-stack skills with a frontend focus are welcome, especially those comfortable collaborating across API design, backend systems and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, etc.).
