What you will do

• Contribute to the development, validation, and documentation of best practice solution configurations.
• Build and maintain best-practice configurations within hirify.global products following established patterns.
• Collaborate with Product Teams to optimally leverage new features and provide structured feedback.
• Prepare demonstrations, documentation, and internal training content for client-facing teams.
• Provide tactical field support, including answering configuration questions and preparing demo environments.
• Research industry trends, competitive solutions, and product capabilities for solution development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in a services, pre-sales, client success or similar technical, client facing role at an enterprise software company.
• Hands-on configuration of platforms such as DealCloud, Salesforce, or MS Dynamics.
• Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into solution requirements.
• Technically adept, able to learn how to configure hirify.global applications through hands-on practice.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow established patterns and processes.
• English: B2 required.

• Experience with AI prompt engineering and/or agentic workflow builders.
