What you will do

• Translate global security strategy into actionable regional plans aligned with business priorities and risk appetite.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders across EMEA, acting as an escalation point for security matters.
• Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across EMEA, including third-party risks.
• Provide strategic security consulting for major business initiatives and promote a security culture through targeted programs.
• Represent Global Security to clients, regulators, and external partners across EMEA.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security consultancy across multiple disciplines (e.g., information security, physical security, privacy, resilience).
• Experience operating in complex, global corporate environments and leading strategic security initiatives.
• Deep understanding of the financial services industry, preferably asset management.
• Knowledge of risk management, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent certification preferred (or obtained within 12 months).
• Executive-level communication and influence skills required to communicate complex security concepts persuasively to executive stakeholders and board-level audiences.
