What you will do

• Manage and develop a global team of data scientists and partnership managers.
• Drive the execution of strategic bets including platform research, 3P solutions, and scaled tooling.
• Direct the development of measurement methodologies, algorithms, and tools to support global sales.
• Manage partner solution programs, acting as the primary liaison between external partners and internal teams.
• Oversee a data informatics team focused on delivering technology-based solutions, including clean room implementations and AI/ML tooling.
• Support the creation of 1P and 3P research and case studies that communicate hirify.global’s value.

Requirements

• Seasoned manager with experience overseeing data science and research teams. Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a similar quantitative discipline is preferred.
• Expertise in experimental and quasi-experimental design, with deep knowledge of advanced statistical methods and causal inference.
• Proficiency with big data technologies (SQL, Python, BigQuery) and familiarity with emerging AI/ML productivity tools.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Comfortable driving innovative research through ambiguity in a rapidly growing company environment.
