What you will do

• Drive the local technology architecture and implement IT and data strategy.
• Shape customer migrations and oversee IT governance, including presentations to the Board of Directors.
• Coordinate transformation programmes, migrations, operational model setup, and processes.
• Represent the IT function in key group committees.
• Build a global, reliable, scalable, and resilient tech ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a role involving IT architecture in finance.
• Familiarity with regulatory and security requirements in Colombia, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, risk management, and data risk.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as engineering.
• Experience with IT systems and related technologies.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills.
• English: C1 (Fluency in English required).
