What you will do

• Support the full content production lifecycle for photo and video projects.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners (creative teams, agencies, photographers, stylists, and talents).
• Assist in overseeing content production, organization, and execution of shoots.
• Monitor costs and update production budgets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working on set as a Creative Producer, specifically with photo and video productions for creative campaigns.
• Professional working proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of hirify.global brands and their tone of voice.
• Strong interest and passion for photo and video production environments.
• Excellent command of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Slides and Sheets).
• Creative mindset combined with strong attention to detail.
• Must operate as a freelancer with an Italian VAT Number (P. IVA).
