Location: Dusseldorf, Germany (Hybrid, up to 2 days at home)

What you will do

  • Create and manage trusting relationships with brands, including regular calls, visits, and client KPI presentations.
  • Improve brand presence and performance on the marketplace through strategic planning and offer animation.
  • Analyze brand performance within the category and report KPIs to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with other marketplace roles and internal departments to ensure quality service and an excellent member experience.
  • Prospect and identify new sellers, leading meetings from initial pitch to contract signing.
  • Act as the daily contact for all strategic, operational, and technical brand questions.

Requirements

  • Higher education in business or marketing.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the e-commerce/multi-brand/marketplace sector.
  • Customer service attitude, business-oriented, organized, rigorous, proactive, and agile.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of negotiation.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.
