What you will do

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for claims, integrating real-time and historical operational data.
• Support efficiency improvements and define/track operational KPIs with stakeholders.
• Deliver comprehensive reporting and analytics solutions.
• Prepare and analyze datasets using SQL and, where needed, Python.
• Ensure report and dataset performance, scalability, and maintainability in Power BI Service.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling, data transformation, DAX, Power BI Service).
• Experience with real-time reporting.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Proven data analysis skills and ability to integrate various data sources.
• Performance tuning expertise: query folding, model optimization, large dataset handling.
• Strong requirements gathering skills and ability to translate needs into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering analytics in operational environments (logistics / terminals).
• Python knowledge.
• Data sanity skills.
