Cybersecurity Consultant (IGA): Designing and managing Identity Governance & Administration platforms to bridge business, security, and engineering requirements with an accent on JML processes, RBAC role models, and Segregation of Duties. Focus on automating complex provisioning workflows, ensuring continuous compliance, and creating functional designs that improve end-user experience.

Location: Must be based in Poland, supporting a hybrid working model with office attendance in Wrocław, Warszawa, Katowice, Kraków, Poznań, Opole, Lublin, or Gdańsk.

What you will do

• Lead functional analysis for IGA platforms, translating security and compliance needs into clear user stories.
• Design and transform governance workflows including JML, access requests, and recertification processes.
• Define RBAC models and Segregation of Duties rules in partnership with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IGA engineers to automate provisioning and data integrations across applications.
• Facilitate application onboarding workshops and maintain authorization models.
• Develop audit-ready reporting, metrics, and documentation to ensure continuous compliance.

Requirements

• Solid working knowledge of IGA/IAM, governance controls, and access reviews.
• Experience translating business needs into functional designs and technical user stories.
• Ability to apply data analysis to validate identity and access data.
• Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong communication skills to lead workshops and build alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English proficiency.
