Location: Onsite in Barcelona, Spain. Candidates must be based in Spain.

Salary: 26.000 € - 32.000 € (yearly)

What you will do

• Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) customer data using internal tools and low-code automation.
• Lead the migration process for customers moving from legacy systems, ensuring historical data remains intact and accurate.
• Manage the integration of multiple data sources, resolving formatting conflicts.
• Accurately input text, numerical data, and customer information where automated solutions are not available.
• Handle sensitive and confidential HR/customer data with high discretion and according to security protocols.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency by testing, developing, and implementing automation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering or data integration.
• Experience with ETL tools and data migration processes.
• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience working with API Rest endpoints.
• C1 to Native level of Spanish (written and spoken).
• B2 level English (for internal communications).

Nice to have

• Experience building Data/LLM Pipelines.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Jira Software and Jira Service management.
• Previous experience in data entry, operations, or customer-related roles.
