Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain. Candidates must be authorized to work in Spain without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Successfully complete the roadmap by collaborating with key collaborators throughout a live game’s lifecycle.
• Plan and coordinate the development of multiple achievements.
• Coordinate day-to-day development, providing guidance and course correction.
• Ensure transparent communication with Team Leadership and facilitate communication between the Product Owner and the Team.
• Help the team to deliver by identifying and removing impediments.
• Drive agile events (Backlog estimate, daily scrum, sprint planning, review, retrospective) and manage the product backlog.

Requirements

• Experience in live operations of mobile applications and/or games.
• Successful track record of delivering features within scope, budget, and timelines.
• 4+ years of game production experience in full cycle development or live operations.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum certification.
• Prior experience in Social casino development.
