TL;DR

Mid-Enterprise Account Executive (Cloud Security): Drive new business and expand presence among mid-sized organizations, focusing on cloud security platform adoption. Accent on pipeline generation, full sales cycle management, and articulating value to technical and business stakeholders. Focus on building secure infrastructure for cloud environments and advising CISO-level executives.

Location: Field Sales in the NY/NJ Region, United States. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.

Salary: $124,000–$145,000 USD annual base salary range.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory strategies to drive revenue growth within Mid-Enterprise accounts to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Understand customer’s complex business problems to position hirify.global Cloud Security Solutions and their value.
  • Position and advise CISO level executives with industry Point-of-View business insights.
  • Align with hirify.global partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal teams including Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Executive teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing experience in SaaS/Security sales, selling to SMB/Mid-Enterprise accounts.
  • Strong pipeline generation skills, including outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Proven track record of managing full sales cycles and handling objections effectively.
  • Experience in a hypergrowth/start-up organization.
  • Strong understanding of effective sales processes and methodologies, such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
  • Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
