What you will do

• Drive end-to-end security assurance for regulated customers, strategic opportunities, and new markets.
• Lead customer-led audits and support external audit readiness, including evidence collection and walkthroughs.
• Support incident response as a key stakeholder, coordinating customer communications, follow-ups, and post-incident improvements.
• Review and advise on non-standard security and compliance terms in customer contracts, partnering closely with Legal.
• Translate customer and regulatory requirements into actionable internal guidance; identify and help close gaps in security, privacy, and compliance programs.
• Leverage automation, AI, and analytics to reduce manual work, increase consistency, and surface insights that drive prioritization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Trust, security engineering, information security, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering results in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
• Experienced in applying automation and AI to reduce operational burden and enhance quality, with appropriate validation and controls.
• Knowledgeable across key security and trust domains (e.g., incident response, DR, access reviews, vendor risk, regulatory workflows).
• Skilled at mapping customer or regulatory requirements to security frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent workstreams and time-sensitive requests with minimal oversight.
