Senior Data Scientist: Designing, training, and optimizing large neural network models for scoring, ranking, and recommendation systems with an accent on translating business problems into machine learning solutions and developing decision-support models. Focus on building algorithms for CPC pricing, ROAS strategy, and dynamic pricing for advanced automated bidding systems within a leading e-commerce platform.

Location: Remote or flexible hybrid from Gdynia, Kraków, Warszawa, or Rzeszów (Poland).

Salary: 140–170 PLN net/h + VAT (B2B contract)

What you will do

• Design, train, and optimize large neural network models for scoring, ranking, and recommendation systems.
• Translate business problems into machine learning solutions and support product analytics.
• Develop decision-support models and advanced automated bidding systems.
• Build algorithms for CPC pricing, ROAS strategy, and dynamic pricing.
• Adapt functionality to the behavior of users within Poland's largest e-commerce system.

Requirements

• Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and data science.
• Minimum 6 years of commercial experience in ML, neural networks, or algorithmic modeling.
• Experience in production ML environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Git.
• Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow or similar) and basic Linux knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and product teams.
