TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS/Media): Managing publisher relationships and operational excellence for a leading digital reading platform with an accent on process automation and international catalog integration. Location: Based in Paris (Hybrid: 2 days remote per week).

What you will do

  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for French and international publishers.
  • Manage publisher onboarding, distribution quality, and resolve operational incidents.
  • Map and implement automated processes for onboarding, reporting, and quality monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data teams to scale workflows and improve reliability.
  • Facilitate the integration of international catalogs while harmonizing standards across global entities.
  • Support the Lead Content Manager in content initiative prioritization and strategic execution.

Requirements

  • Professional English proficiency required.
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, partnerships, or operations within media, digital, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong ability to structure, prioritize, and automate complex processes.
  • Analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in international and multi-stakeholder environments.
