What you will do
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for French and international publishers.
- Manage publisher onboarding, distribution quality, and resolve operational incidents.
- Map and implement automated processes for onboarding, reporting, and quality monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data teams to scale workflows and improve reliability.
- Facilitate the integration of international catalogs while harmonizing standards across global entities.
- Support the Lead Content Manager in content initiative prioritization and strategic execution.
Requirements
- Professional English proficiency required.
- Proven experience in Customer Success, partnerships, or operations within media, digital, or SaaS environments.
- Strong ability to structure, prioritize, and automate complex processes.
- Analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in international and multi-stakeholder environments.
