What you will do
- Extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to deliver actionable insights, build reports, and provide recommendations.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and product features.
- Translate complex analytical findings into compelling narratives and visualizations for data-driven decision-making.
- Track and analyze operational performance across partnership programs and customer journeys.
- Validate all analytical outputs, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and audit-readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including experience with analytical databases (Vertica, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse).
- Solid knowledge of Python (pandas, data manipulation, basic visualization, and common analytical/ML libraries).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, including descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, statistical significance, and experiment evaluation.
- Ability to build simple machine learning models and perform exploratory data analysis (EDA).
