What you will do

• Define and achieve organizational key results (OKRs) with technology and commercial partners.
• Collaborate with customers regularly to define roadmaps, resolve issues, and ensure customer insights inform portfolio expansion.
• Work with sales, marketing, and engineering stakeholders, articulating customer value propositions.
• Gain deep industry knowledge, assess build vs. buy vs. partner decisions, and manage strategic partnerships.
• Guide teams in leveraging technology for innovation, championing AI as a strategic capability across the portfolio.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the product management team through feedback and guiding personal growth aspirations.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in product management or consultancy, ideally within an enterprise B2B SaaS scale-up context.
• Proven track record of bringing complex global products to market with successful go-to-market plans.
• Ownership of P&L's, budget setting, and tracking, with ability to create sound business cases.
• Experience leveraging data and AI to develop products that drive real value to consumers and customers.
• Strong people management experience, including building and scaling existing teams.
