Cyber Claims Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Handle the intake of cyber incidents, including the coordination of breach counsel, forensic investigators, and other external partners.
• Evaluate the full portfolio of claims in France and recommend appropriate and accurate reserves.
• Handle complex and litigated claims, including third-party liability arising from security failures or data breaches, as well as Media and Tech E&O exposures.
• Assess liability, quantum, and coverage on claims, and clearly document your analysis, strategy, and decisions.
• Intelligently guide and monitor third-party service providers, including quality of work, strategy, and spend.
• Support business development by contributing to marketing, client presentations, and sales discussions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience handling cyber, tech, and/or media claims and litigation.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Position based in metropolitan France.
• CDI contract with Cadre professional status (full-time employment contract in France).

Nice to have

• Additional language skills in Italian and/or Spanish.
• Prior experience handling Italian or Spanish claims.
