What you will do
- Lead customer negotiations and present renewal proposals.
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process, preparing documentation and tracking status.
- Collect and analyze renewal data, preparing reports and forecasts.
- Proactively identify and address contract coverage gaps or unrealized revenue.
- Draft, review, and process renewal agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate with customers regarding renewals and escalate complex issues as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree strongly preferred.
- At least 5 years proven experience in SaaS or Technical Software Business.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a large amount of renewal requests.
- Understanding of Contracts for SaaS businesses.
- Fluent English skills.
- Proficiency in MS/Google tools (Word, PPT, XLS).
- Background working in Treasury, Finance, or Payment is preferred.
