iOS Developer

Location: Salzburg, Vienna, or Berlin; 100% hybrid work with the choice to work from home or a hirify.global office in Austria or Germany

Salary: €50,000 gross annual starting salary for a full-time role based in Austria

What you will do

• Develop state-of-the-art native iOS applications for international clients with millions of users.
• Participate in projects from ideation through final delivery.
• Build new screens and components with UIKit and SwiftUI, including hybrid applications.
• Deliver and maintain features across existing codebases, including App Store and TestFlight releases.
• Manage build pipelines and ensure technical quality across projects.
• Collaborate with product, design, Android, backend, and international interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience developing native iOS applications.
• Strong Swift knowledge and experience writing clean, maintainable production code.
• Required UIKit proficiency and familiarity with SwiftUI.
• Solid knowledge of the iOS lifecycle, memory and performance considerations, concurrency, and debugging with Xcode and Instruments.
• Experience with REST/JSON, URLSession, authentication, error handling, caching, persistence, and Core Data.
• Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
