What you will do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain front-end features for a production SaaS application using Vue 3, Typescript, Pinia, and Vite.
• Improve and refactor existing codebases with an emphasis on maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Implement and expand automated testing to support frequent releases and prevent regressions.
• Ensure the application meets WCAG accessibility standards and usability best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, back-end, QA, security, and SRE teams in a distributed remote environment.
• Contribute to the company-wide Front-End Engineering Guild, shared front-end patterns, components, and documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional front-end engineering experience, preferably on production SaaS products.
• Strong expertise in Vue 3, TypeScript, Pinia, and Vite.
• Proven experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and/or end-to-end) in a continuous delivery environment, preferably with Cypress.
• Solid understanding of web accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• Experience working with existing, long-lived codebases and balancing technical debt with feature delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in remote teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working closely with design teams and structured design systems (Figma).
• Experience contributing to shared component libraries or front-end platforms.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading front-end initiatives.
